About Sofya Rose
From a young age Sofya Rose has been drawn to singing and writing songs as a means of understanding the world around her and herself in it. The artist draws inspiration from her own life experiences and feelings growing up. At the age of 16 she released a self-titled EP and has since further expanded her musical repertoire. As she got older, she started writing songs as a way to cope with adolescence and express her experiences and feelings growing up and learning about life, love and hardship.
About bloom
bloom is the debut album by Danish American artist Sofya Rose. Like flowers in bloom, the songsembody the many petals of life, and take the listener on a journey through heartbreak, anxiousthoughts, love and letting go. The stories of the songs are intimate and personal, yet encompass theuniversality of human experience. The genre of the album is pop and electronic pop similar toTaylor Swift’s album Evermore, and the distinct feminine voice of Sofya Rose makes the songs feellike dreamscapes to get lost - and found - in.
